When will my order be shipped?

After the goods are dispatched, you will receive an email from our freight company, which will include your tracking number.

How can I check the inventory quantity?

Each product page will clearly display the inventory status, marked as "In Stock" or "Produced Upon Order".

What are the sizes of the male and female masks?

The applicable head circumference range for male masks is 22.24 - 25 inches (approximately 56.5 - 63.5 cm), and the neck circumference should not exceed 18 inches (approximately 45 cm).

For female masks, the design is more suitable for smaller head shapes, with the applicable head circumference ranging from 20 to 23 inches (approximately 51 to 58 cm), and the maximum neck circumference being 15 inches (approximately 38 cm).

Do you have masks that fit for people with larger or smaller head circumferences?

Our silicone masks are uniformly sized and suitable for the majority of people. In fact, most people's face shapes can fit them.

Since these masks are made according to molds, their sizes are determined by the molds. Therefore, we cannot adjust the masks to fit your face shape.

However, if your head circumference is too large or too small, you can choose our custom masks. We will create molds based on the pictures of the masks you provide.

How can I measure the size of my head circumference?

You can measure the circumference of your head using a sewing ruler. Start from between your eyebrows, go around your ears, and return to your forehead.

How should I wear this mask?

Avoid using powders or foreign substances, as they reduce realism and interfere with natural movement.

How to wear the mask:

Insert both hands inside the mask and lift it over your head.

Tilt your head slightly forward while positioning the mask.

Stretch the mask outward and downward evenly.

Ensure your chin fits properly before removing your hands.

Never pull the mask by the jaw or mouth area.
